I don't think the Maine Space Corporation is constitutional under Article IV Part Third Sections 13 & 14 of the Maine Constitution which establishes that it is the role of government to regulate industry, not to run industry. If the state is running a space economy- then what agency regulates it? it is an industry that pokes holes in the ozone layer and leaves debris and chemicals in the outer layers of our atmosphere so there does need to be a regulatory agency.
But our government, both parties, routinely violate Article IV Part Third Section 14 of the Maine Constitution.
